Frustration

I went to the Tor on Wednesday to hopefully do Bens Roof, instead I fell off on the final stages of the climb! I repeatedly got to the crux always forgetting to turn my knee down falling off then being able to do it straight after, remembering my knee! I must have been repeatedly making stupid mistakes for 4 hours on the climb!

Hopefully next time I go it will go within a short period of time and I can get straight on the extension!
